How do I plan an Entry Event?

Entry Events help engage and inspire students to dive into a PBL Unit. They provide a clear and authentic reason to do the PBL while also serving as a "hook" to capture students' interest. Entry events help to launch the authentic, real-world problem your learners are going to solve. We want our entry events to be filled with engagement to start our PBL project off on the right foot. Inviting a community partner to help launch an entry event is a great first step to engage a community partner, and it shows your learners this PBL project matters to the outside world.
