When we start really listening to that student voice and give opportunities to share what their challenges are in the project and the multiple perspectives they bring to the project, because when those projects are more humanized or more authentic, it’s easier to pull in those pieces where they fit naturally. It doesn’t feel like an add-on, it feels like a necessity to have the project come together.
