PBL Advanced Workshop | Level 2

Prerequisites: Complete PBL Jumpstart, with at least 1 YEAR of PBL implementation

Reflect on your first year of PBL implementation and go deeper in your PBL practice through this interactive PBL Advanced 3-day Workshop! Participants will dive deeper into PBL and reflect on their current PBL practice.

PBL Advanced Workshop Outcomes:

• Reflect on past PBL practice and set goals for year two.

• Create a standards-based PBL Unit and accompanying Assessment Plan.

• Receive training, feedback, and insight from PBL Certified Trainers who are experienced Project Based Learning teachers.

• PBL Certified Trainers will model a second set of learning structures for team and culture building, and equip participants to use those structures with adults and students.

• Leave the workshop with a PBL action plan and tangible next steps for achieving deeper PBL implementation in the classroom.

• Develop a plan to weave SEL principles into PBL, such as Reflection and Growth Mindset.

Upon successful completion of the PBL Workshop, participants receive a certificate for earning 21 Professional Growth Points (7 points per day attended).
