How do we create a positive classroom culture? Protocols are a great answer for building culture within your classroom. We use these protocols to help protect the voice of all of your learners. Whether they are introverted or extroverted, a protocol can help level the playing field by creating structures for a conversation, feedback session, or team building activity.
During a Magnify Learning workshop, we use several different protocols to help create a positive environment for our participants, and so they can use them when they go back to their classrooms. Protocols are an excellent resource for creating a structured, respectful space where all voices are heard and valued!
